Product Description
The cashew kernel humidifier provides the humidification treatment, also known as the thermal shock treatment. In this procedure, the dryer (hot chamber) treated kernels are moisturized via steam within the humidification chamber that is connected to the boiler. Kernels are kept in trolleys and humidified within the closed chamber for fixed durations that vary between 7 to 15 minutes per cycle. Humidified kernel husks become cooked and expand in size as a result of the hot steam spry. Kernel trolleys are kept in the open air for steam condensation, after which they will be processed within the dryer for an additional 35 minutes to eliminate excess moisture. This procedure allows the cashew kernel humidifier to effectively dislodge kernel skin. After sitting overnight, the kernel is ready for peeling.
