RFQ Subject: The name of the product needed (e.g., 100kg black coffee needed.

RFQ Description: Give a brief description of your request (e.g., I would like to purchase 100kg of black coffee, I am buying from the USA

Price: state the price you are willing to pay for the product 

Payment method: chose how to you want to pay for this product

Destination port: State the destination port closest to your address

Incoterms: Choose the incoterm relevant to your request
